Corporate Culture Training Successfully Held at CONSMOS GROUP

New recruits, staff from the Quality Control Center and Yonghong International attended the event, embarking on an immersive journey of cultural learning.

The training kicked off with all participants going through the Group’s standard morning meeting procedures. During the ice-breaking activity, employees took turns to introduce themselves and share information about their positions and key responsibilities. In the core part of the training, the Chairman gave an in-depth interpretation of the corporate culture. Reviewing the Group’s 16-year development journey, he talked about its founding and expansion in Linyi, the establishment of intelligent production bases, and the building of a global trade network covering more than 130 countries and regions. He also mentioned over 20 prestigious qualifications including AEO Advanced Certification and National High-tech Enterprise status, as well as the implementation of the development strategy of "Hundred-Billion Revenue, Century-old Enterprise and Hundred Business Divisions" and the integrated model of R&D, production and trade, presenting the inspiring story of CONSMOS’s dedication to the building materials industry.
The Chairman elaborated on the brand philosophy, core values, the "Three-Hundred Vision" and the "Four-Thousand Spirit". By linking cultural concepts with business practices and daily work, he helped all attendees understand that corporate culture has long been integrated into the Group’s development and serves as a practical guide for all staff. He also outlined the Group’s five-year development plan and global strategic layout. The clear blueprint boosted everyone’s confidence and determination to forge ahead side by side with the enterprise.
