Product Introduction

HDPE 100 water supply pipe is a replacement for traditional steel and UPVC pipes. It is widely used in municipal water systems, drinking water pipelines, and many industrial applications. Non-toxic, complies with drinking water standards.
Features

High strength, excellent environmental stress crack resistance, good creep resistance
Tough and flexible – adapts to uneven settlement, earthquakes, typhoons
Good weather resistance (including UV) and long-term thermal stability
Corrosion resistant – no anti-corrosion treatment needed, service life >50 years
Smooth inner wall – low resistance, high flow capacity, saves cost
Wear resistant
Low-temperature impact resistance – safe from -20°C to 40°C
Reliable fusion connection – convenient construction and maintenance
Suitable for traditional and trenchless technologies (pipe jacking, directional drilling, etc.)
Contains only carbon and hydrogen – harmless to human body
Nano-antibacterial technology – inhibits algae, bacteria, fungi – green and healthy
Applications
Urban water networks, rural drinking water, chemical/food/paper/metallurgy liquid transport, agricultural irrigation, telecom/power wire protection, mine mortar pipelines.
